Role Summary

The Export Sales Marketing & Operations Manager is responsible for developing and implementing export sales strategies, managing customer relationships, conducting market and product research, and overseeing the team daily activities.

This role ensures high service standards, identifies sales and business opportunities, and supports cross-functional coordination to achieve sales targets and operational efficiency.

Role Details

-Supervisory Role – Sales & Marketing

  • Supervise communication between the sales team and existing buyers
  • Monitor product submissions, repeat orders, and buyer feedback
  • Ensure professional and timely complaint resolution
  • Maintain high service quality and responsiveness
  • Lead sales training and internal development initiatives
  • Ensure sales targets and growth objectives are achieved
  • Conduct market and product research to propose product ideas and oversee execution by the R&D team

-Buyer Acquisition & Export Marketing

  • Develop and execute buyer acquisition strategies:

a. B2B cold email outreach to potential buyers

b. Manage buyer database and lead follow-ups

c. Prepare and send company profiles, catalogs, and price lists

  • Research potential markets and target buyers by country
  • Create prospect reports and track buyer conversion progress
  • Analyze market trends and recommend product directions and sales opportunities

-Internal Coordination

  • Supervise the team
  • Coordinate with production and accounting departments
  • Develop and implement SOPs to streamline internal processes
  • Provide structured weekly reports to the business owner
  • Proactively identify and solve internal workflow bottlenecks

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in export sales or international marketing, preferably in furniture or home décor industry
  • Strong understanding of product-market fit and buyer expectations in target countries
  • Proven track record in handling B2B buyer communication and closing deals
  • Export Sales Management, International Client Relations, and New Business Development

  • Fluent in English, both written and verbal (professional communication level)
