Job summary

A leading export company in Tangerang is seeking an experienced Export Sales Officer to manage all export sales processes. Candidates should have a relevant degree, at least 2 years of experience in a similar role, and strong analytical and negotiation skills. Fluency in English is mandatory. The position is based in Curug - Tangerang and requires strong customer relationship management.

Qualifications

Overview

Manage all export sales including processes from sale to delivery for client accounts from foreign countries (region will be assigned later).

Lead and guide teams regarding customer service, planning & product quality and logistics to ensure customers receive their appropriate shipments.

Organize the preparation of sales documentation such as proposals, orders, contracts, proforma invoices and other export documents.

Evaluate all customer issues and feedback and provide optimal solutions to ensure customer satisfaction. Cultivate and sustain trustworthy professional relationships with existing as well as prospective customers. Keep up to date with the latest trends of the international market.

  • Prepare and manage export-related documentation (proposals, orders, contracts, proforma invoices, and other documents).
  • Evaluate customer issues and feedback, provide effective resolutions, and maintain high customer satisfaction.
  • Build and sustain professional relationships with current and prospective customers.
  • Monitor international market trends to inform sales strategies.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in any major, preferably Business Studies/Administration/Management and Engineering.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as Sales Export Officer or similar role in related field.
  • Strong knowledge of export details including international contract terms, foreign currencies, tariffs, and trading regulations.
  • Proven experience in handling overseas markets (Asian, American, European, etc.).
  • Fluency in English (spoken and written) is a must; fluency in another language is a plus.
  • Computer literacy with familiarity in CRM software.
  • Excellent analytical thinking, communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Good business sense with a problem-solving attitude.
  • Highly energetic, dynamic, results-oriented and customer-focused.
  • Willing to be placed in Curug - Tangerang.
