Export Officer

Requirements:

• Minimum bachelor’s degree in Economics/International Business/related field.
• Experienced in handling export shipping document (Bill of lading, Invoice, Packing List, COO, HC, etc) and Data Analyst/Data Consolidation.
• Proficient in English.
• Strong communication skill with customers, government agency, and other stakeholder.
• Good Analytical Thinking.
• Experienced in shipping and export logistics.
• Ability to work with detailed paperwork.
• We are currently hiring for two available positions: Data Analyst and Document Management.

Responsibility:

Document Management

• Collect all shipping documents for each shipment.
• Ensure all documents are in conformity and aligned with customer requirements.
• Ensure timely dispatch of shipping documents to the customer.

Data Analysis

• Entry export data consolidation.
• Analyze export costs.
• Create monthly reports.
• Receive invoices from vendors and create payment journals.
• Communicate with forwarders and shipping agencies.
