With our flagship local brand ANDO and licensed international brands for the Indonesian market, HJS has become one of the key players in the footwear industry. Our products are widely distributed across Indonesia and exported to various international markets, combining quality, comfort, and designs that follow global trends.

We are expanding our global reach and seeking an Export Marketing Supervisor to lead international sales initiatives, develop market opportunities, and oversee export operations.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute export marketing strategies to drive international sales.
  • Identify and evaluate potential markets, distributors, and partners globally.
  • Lead communication and negotiations with international clients.
  • Supervise export documentation and coordinate with logistics/shipping teams.
  • Prepare pricing strategies, proposals, and contract terms.
  • Lead participation in international trade shows, exhibitions, and B2B meetings.
  • Mentor junior staff in handling export operations and client management.
  • Analyze export performance and provide insights for business improvement.
  • Stay updated on global market trends, competitors, and regulations.
  • Location: Willing to be placed in Gempol, Pasuruan, East-Java.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, International Business, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in export marketing, international sales, or logistics.
  • Strong knowledge of export regulations, international trade laws, and customs procedures.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English (Mandarin is a plus).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM/export management software.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills.
