Job description

To assist the Sales Manager in leading and directing the sales team to achieve overall corporate sales objectives.

To assist the Sales Manager in revising and implementing the sales strategy plan.

Identify appropriate business targets.

Provide a professional and excellent level of customer service to both existing and new customers.

Work closely with the Operational, Customer Service, and Documents teams regarding shipping and forwarding progress.

Requirements :

• Bachelor's degree in Management, Transportation, or Logistics from a reputable university.
• At least 1-3 years of experience in freight forwarding and logistics; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Ability to negotiate and a deep understanding of marketing skills.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven.
• Proficiency in Indonesian, English, and Mandarin.
• High curiosity and eagerness to learn.
• Pleasant personality and good communication skills.
