Job Description:

To ensure all export/import documents are being processed completely, accurately, and timely following the right system and procedure in order to achieve service excellence.

Responsibilities:

1. Ensure all export and import jobs are being processed completely and accurately to achieve excellent service and create the PSA BDP Experience.
2. Verify all export and import jobs meet customer’s targets.
3. Supervise export and import staff to ensure error minimization, zero delays, and maximize productivity.
4. Ensure compliance with legislative requirements are met or exceeded.
5. Maintain good professional relationships with customers, shipping companies, or co-loaders.

Requirements:

1. Possess a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in freight forwarding and/or logistics business in the same position or senior staff level.
2. Minimum Diploma Degree.
3. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Meticulous and detail-oriented.
5. Eager to learn, hardworking, and target-oriented.
6. Good command of written and oral English; Mandarin will be an advantage.
