Export Import Leader - Automotive Manufacturing - Tegal (C-120186)

Our client is a Japanese automotive manufacturing company. Currently, they are seeking an Export Import Leader.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Lead and manage all export-import (EXIM) operations, ensuring compliance with Indonesian customs regulations, trade laws, and company policies.
2. Coordinate customs clearance activities, including documentation, handling of LARTAS (Barang Larangan dan/atau Pembatasan), and liaising with relevant government authorities.
3. Manage and optimize the use of KITE (Kemudahan Impor Tujuan Ekspor) facilities, ensuring full regulatory compliance and maximizing cost savings.
4. Ensure accurate and timely input and tracking of EXIM transactions within the ERP Inventory system.
5. Create reports on all EXIM operations.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of EXIM experience, preferably in related industries.
• Conversational English skills (Japanese language skills are a plus).
• Strong understanding and experience with KITE facilities.
• Experience handling customs clearance activities or LARTAS for EXIM operations.
• Experience using ERP Inventory systems, preferably Sage 300.
