Export Import Customer Services (CS) - Batam

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Logistic/Transportation, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Airline Operation/Airport Management or equivalent.

Required skill(s): Advance in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word.

Required English (Oral and Written) & Bahasa Indonesia.

Experienced working in the Logistics/Freight Forwarding company (Minimum 1 year).

Preferably Staff/Senior Staff specializing in Freight Forwarder for Export-Import Customer Services.

Have a good skill for Management Procedure, QHSE Compliance, and ISO standard.

Understand and good to handle Export-Import (Air Freight, Sea Freight (LCL & FCL) for heavy equipment and or Oil-Gas & Energy parts).

Understand HS Code, and familiar with Batam Customs System (Bea Cukai) and clearance.

Have a good ability to handle documentation (BL, HBL, MBL, MAWB, HAWB, DO, CIPL, COO, PEB-PIB).

Able to handle all documentation for Temporary Export and Import.

High responsibility and able to work under pressure and tight deadlines.

Willing to be placed all around Indonesia.

Full-Time and Contract position(s) available.
