Job description

Handle Sea Freight Operations to meet NVOCC documentation requirements.

Coordinate payment requests and schedules with carriers.

Ensure complete processing of HBL, MBL, invoices to shippers and agents.

Address customer documentation needs and resolve complaints.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in any field.
• Familiarity with ISF, AMS, ENS, ACI, eManifest.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in NVOCC, Freight Forwarding, and Logistics. Experience in US Trade is an advantage.
• Language skills: English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Proficient in computer skills, including MS Office.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Responsible and proactive work attitude.
• Residence in Semarang is preferred.
