An established industry player seeks a dynamic Export Business Development Manager to spearhead market development in ASEAN. This role involves setting ambitious sales projections, crafting marketing plans, and driving sales targets monthly. You will plan and evaluate marketing activities, monitor sales performance, and conduct market research to optimize strategies. Ideal candidates will hold a Bachelor's degree, preferably in International Marketing, with a minimum GPA of 3.00 and at least 2 years of experience in the FMCG sector. This position offers a unique opportunity to make a significant impact in a vibrant and growing market.
Establishing and/or developing markets in ASEAN.
Setting annual sales projection, marketing plan, budget, and achieving sales target on a monthly basis.
Planning, implementing, and evaluating all marketing activities in each market.
Monitoring sales & distribution performance and proposing the required action sequence to achieve optimum results.
Planning market penetration strategy and conducting market research.
Preparing and evaluating product attributes, price structure, business agreements, etc.
The Requirements We Need:
Bachelor's degree in any field, preferably International Marketing with a minimal GPA of 3.00.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in International Business / Marketing / Brand in the FMCG industry.
Willing to travel overseas.
Willing to be placed in our Head Office, Cengkareng, West Jakarta.
