Job summary

APP Group is seeking an Expert, Mechanical Maintenance (Pulp Maintenance) to lead preventive and predictive programs, analyze complex issues, and drive reliability improvements at the Indah Kiat Perawang facility in Riau. You will coordinate outages, work with operations and engineering, and ensure safety and standards are met.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering and at least five years in industrial mechanical maintenance, with strong knowledge of rotating equipment, pumps,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of mechanical maintenance experience in pulp and paper, chemical processing, or other continuous-process industries.
• Strong knowledge of industrial mechanical equipment, including rotating equipment, pumps, piping systems, valves, and process equipment.
• Experience in preventive and predictive maintenance, troubleshooting, and reliability improvement.
• Familiarity with root cause analysis and maintenance management systems.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to be based at Indah Kiat Perawang, Riau.
