Job summary

Rumah Sakit JIH is seeking an EXPERT, IT HEALTHCARE ENTERPRISE ARCHITECT with a strong background in hospital IT systems and enterprise architecture. The candidate will drive IT strategy, governance, and digital transformation across the hospital’s information systems landscape.

The role requires deep knowledge of HIS/SIMRS, ERP, data warehousing, integration platforms, and interoperability standards like HL7 and FHIR, with cloud experience and excellent PM and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information systems, informatics, or related field.
• Master’s degree in IT, business tech or healthcare informatics preferred.
• Minimum 10 years IT experience with 2+ years in each EA, SA, IT strategy, digital transformation.
• Experience developing IT strategy, blueprints, governance, or evaluating HIS/SIMRS, ERP, data warehouse, integration platforms.
• Strong knowledge of TOGAF, COBIT, BPMN; healthcare platforms incl. EMR/EHR, PACS, LIS, Pharmacy, BPJS bridging.
• Expertise in system integration, interoperability, API gateway, HL7, FHIR, microservices.
• Data & analytics with data warehouse, data lake, BI platforms, AI/ML foundations.
• Certifications such as TOGAF, COBIT Design/Implementation, ITIL; cloud experience with Azure/AWS.
• Excellent project management, analytical, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop IT strategies and architectural roadmaps for the healthcare enterprise.
• Design and govern enterprise and solution architectures aligned with business goals.
• Lead digital transformation initiatives and interoperability projects.
• Oversee data architecture including data warehouse, data lake, BI platforms.
• Collaborate with departments to implement integration platforms and cloud solutions.

EXPERT, IT HEALTHCARE ENTERPRISE ARCHITECTURE

Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Informatics, Computer Engineering, or a related field.

Master’s Degree in Information Technology, Business Technology or Healthcare Informatics is preferred.

Minimum 10 years of professional experience in Information Technology, including at least 2 years of experience in each of the following strategic and architectural IT functions: Enterprise Architecture, Solution Architecture, IT Strategy, and Digital Transformation.

Proven experience in developing IT strategies, blueprints, governance frameworks, or evaluating the implementation of:

• Hospital Information System (HIS/SIMRS)
• Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics 365, or equivalent
• Data Warehouse
• Integration Platforms

Strong understanding of IT Architecture, including TOGAF, COBIT, and BPMN, with solid knowledge of Healthcare Platforms, including EMR/EHR, PACS, RIS, LIS, Pharmacy Systems, and BPJS Bridging.

Strong expertise in System Integration and Interoperability, including API Gateway, HL7, FHIR, and Microservices Architecture.

Strong expertise in Data & Analytics, including Data Warehouse, Data Lake, BI Platforms, and AI/ML foundations.

Preferred certifications such as TOGAF Certified, COBIT Design & Implementation, ITIL Managing Professional.

Experience with cloud technologies (Azure Solution Architect, AWS Solution Architect, & others).

Excellent in project management skills

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
