Managing all social media platforms of APP Group Corporate (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, YouTube, and any other assigned platform)
Create content planning by working with other departments and divisions within APP Group
Finding and collaborating with other relevant social media accounts that can enhance engagement and grow followers
Managing and working with the creative team and all other stakeholders to create content (Photo, Video, Copywriting, Scriptwriting) to be posted regularly on all social media platforms
Posting content, monitoring engagement, creating reports, and making content strategy and planning based on the report
Crisis mitigation and management for any issues related to the company, subsidiaries, brands, products, and services in online media, social media, and offline
Performing other duties relevant to the skills above
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree major in Communication
Minimum 8 years of experience in digital communication
Strong ability in content creation (photography, videography, photo editing, video editing, copywriting)
Strong ability in social media management (admin, posting, monitoring, response)
Strong ability to perform social media analytics (platform analytics tools - e.g. Meltwater, Microsoft Excel)
Able to create reports using Microsoft (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
Knowledge of English copywriting, sustainability, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere, Canva
