Sun Life Indonesia seeks a Brand Activation Specialist to lead end-to-end activation programs, including events, sponsorships, and experiential campaigns. You will manage budgets, production, and on-site execution, ensuring engaging customer experiences that align with brand guidelines.

You will translate brand strategy into compelling visuals and content, coordinate with agencies and internal teams, and travel 10–20% as needed to support activation calendars.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or related field.
• Minimum 3 years in brand activation, experiential marketing, event management or related.
• Experience in corporate, agency or financial-services environments preferred.
• Hands-on experience managing vendors, budgets and on-site event execution.
• Experience creating visual designs, motion graphics or video content.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and execute end-to-end brand activations: corporate events, customer engagement programs, exhibitions, sponsorships and campaigns.
• Develop timelines, work plans and operational checklists.
• Create/adapt visual designs, motion graphics and video content.
• Prepare briefs, review concepts and manage quotations with agencies/vendors.
• Coordinate activation concepts with stakeholders and regional teams.
• Manage agencies, production houses, venues and suppliers.
• Support budget administration and vendor reconciliations.
• Oversee on-site readiness, schedules, risk and compliance.
• Monitor attendance, leads and stakeholder feedback; prepare post-event reports.
