Job summary

A leading recruitment company in Asia Pacific is looking for an Experienced Operational Analyst (Earthwork) to oversee daily operations and ensure compliance with safety standards. The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering and at least 5 years of experience in Mining Operations, along with knowledge of earthwork and mining safety regulations. This role is based in Nusa Tenggara Barat, Indonesia.

Experienced Operational Analyst (Earthwork) - NTB - WFO (ID: 681079)

Responsible for overseeing daily earthwork operations, ensuring safety, efficiency, and compliance on-site. Supports project planning, inspection, and scheduling, while coordinating with teams to resolve issues and improve performance. Experienced in technical evaluations, SOP development, and safety monitoring for earthwork activities.

Major Accountability:

Oversee the earthwork activities in the project site are performed safely

Be responsible for performing routine inspection & observation in the project area especially associated with earth working activities.

Provide planning, design, and controlling support for all projects which include variation reporting, monitoring of milestone progress

Ensure adherence to safety and environmental policies, procedures, and regulations

Perform and manage project activity scheduling and monitoring which is associated with earthwork activities

Conduct regular meetings to plan, review, and evaluate operations, progress and safety performance both STM and Contractors.

Perform technical tenders’ evaluation for the preparation of Service agreements related to the earthwork project.

Coordinate and work with the project management team to resolve project issues to ensure delivery/completion of the project work.

Conduct analysist design on actual project, also provide recommendations for improvement

Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for earthwork activities.

Requirements:

Minimum bachelor’s degree in Mining Engineering.

Minimum 5 years of experience handling in Mining Operations.

Good problem-solving, communication skills, and teamwork.

Deep knowledge of earthwork, heavy equipment operation, and unit deployment.

Having experience in Explorations phase is preferable

Familiar with mining software (GEOVIA Surpac, etc.)

Strong knowledge of mining safety regulation

Ability in English well both spoken and written.
