Experienced Architectural Designer

We're an Architectural and Engineering firm looking for a talented and detail-oriented Experienced Architectural Designer to join our team. If you have a passion for design, a sharp eye for detail, and the technical skills to bring ideas to life, we want to hear from you. You'll work closely with our Architects and Engineers on a variety of projects, helping shape designs that are both functional and visually stunning.

What We’re Looking For:

• Associate’s degree in Architecture or a related field (Bachelor’s preferred).
• 4+ years of experience in architectural design for apartments, hotels, or mixed-use buildings.
• Strong AutoCAD skills (speed matters!) and experience with Xrefs. Revit experience is a plus.
• Solid understanding of architecture principles and construction methods.
• Great attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
• Advanced English skills (both verbal and written).

What You'll Do:

• Create detailed architectural drawings using AutoCAD and/or Revit.
• Work closely with Architects and Engineers to understand project needs.
• Ensure designs meet industry standards and local codes.
• Revise and update drawings as projects evolve.
• Help prepare design presentations and project documentation.
• Join coordination meetings to discuss project details.
