Qualifications

• Background in logistics, supply chain, or e-commerce desirable.
• Familiar with KPI logistics, metrics, systems, and flow.

Responsibilities

• Review, improve, and redesign business processes for SPX Express.
• Identify bottlenecks and propose improvements.
• Maintain documentation on process improvements.

Job Description

• Responsible for reviewing, improving, and redesigning SPX Express business processes (for assigned relevant sections/topics)
• Maps and documents key business processes (for assigned relevant sections/topics)
• Identifies bottlenecks and/or pain points in current processes and proposes improvement suggestions
• Gathers improvement input from site visits and also from the Compliance and Quality Control / Assurance team
• Updates and maintains documentation on process improvements and process performance
  
  

Requirements

• Preferably 1-2 yrs experience in Business Process / SOP Reengineering
• Preferably coming from logistics, supply chain, or e-commerce background
• Familiar with KPI logistics, metrics, systems, and flow
• Experienced in developing, maintaining, and/or updating SOPs
• Highly flexible, good teamwork, and able to work under minimal supervision
• Good communication skills and easy to adapt to new environment
• Willing to be placed at South Jakarta
