A logistics and procurement company in Jakarta Utara is seeking an experienced professional in Purchasing & Exim. Responsibilities include managing the export/import of goods, handling payments, preparing reports, and assisting in supplier evaluations. Minimum 5 years of experience in Purchasing & Exim department

Minimum 10 years of experience in Purchasing & Exim department

Have good leadership skills and negotiation skills

Have knowledge of spare parts, production materials, equipment and machinery

Ability to do problem solving or handling (objections) customers

JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsible for export and import goods/products.

Responsible for payment of goods from customers.

Prepare purchasing & exim reports every month and submit them at monthly meetings.

Assist Purchasing & Exim Manager in periodic evaluation of suppliers, vendors, contractors who cooperate with the Company.

Assist Purchasing & Exim Manager to be responsible for procurement planning and purchasing of all Company operations.

Organize bidding/tenders and provide recommendations on the selection of suppliers, vendors and / or contractors, subcontractors, expidition services etc.

Conduct negotiations with suppliers, vendors, service providers and/or contractors, subcontractors etc.
