About the role
We are looking for an experienced EXIM Manager to join our dynamic team at PT Doosan Cipta Busana Jaya in North Jakarta, Jakarta. As the EXIM Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing our import and export operations, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and maximising the efficiency of our global supply chain. This is a full-time position that offers opportunities for career development within our growing Manufacturing, Transport & Logistics organisation.

Responsibilities

• Developing and implementing strategies to streamline import and export processes, minimising costs and maximising profitability
• Ensuring compliance with all applicable laws, regulations and customs requirements for international trade
• Negotiating and managing relationships with logistics providers, freight forwarders and other key supply chain partners
• Overseeing the timely and accurate processing of all import/export documentation
• Analysing data and preparing reports to track performance and identify opportunities for improvement
• Collaborating cross-functionally to optimise inventory management and distribution
• Providing guidance and training to the wider team on EXIM best practices

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in an EXIM or logistics management role, preferably within the manufacturing industry
• Thorough understanding of import/export regulations, customs procedures and international trade compliance especially bonded Zone
• Excellent negotiation, communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a track record of optimising supply chain operations
• Experience leading a team and providing guidance and training to others
• Familiarity with relevant software and technologies used in EXIM and logistics management
