Café Leo in Lovina is looking for a talented Pastry Chef to lead our pastry creations. You will design and prepare quality desserts while managing production and inventory. Your expertise will enhance our Café's offerings and delight our customers.
Key Responsibilities
Create and prepare a variety of bakery and pastry : breads, croissants, cakes, biscuits and individual desserts
Plan and manage daily production based on sales forecasts
Develop original recipes and calculate cost of production
Maintain appropriate stock levels, ensure accurate inventory, and oversee product rotation
Check equipment functionality and report issues
Train and mentor staff and trainee, fostering a positive team environment
Innovate and improve pastry offerings
Profile
Degree in pastry or experience as a Pastry Chef
Creative and passionate about pastry
Organized, adaptable, and proactive
Strong teamwork and communication skills
