Build and grow your personal client base using prospecting, referrals, networking events, and digital outreach.

Guide clients through the entire home-buying journey: from discovery to closing (and beyond).

Provide trustworthy property consultations tailored to each client’s unique needs.

Be a go-to person your clients trust — not just a salesperson.

Work with the team, not for the team. Share insights, collaborate, and grow together.

Qualifications :

Experience in Sales (real estate is a big plus, but not mandatory).

Self-motivated and accountable — you move even when no one’s watching.

Strong communication skills and confidence in building relationships.

A growth mindset — you’re eager to learn, unlearn, and relearn.

Familiarity with digital tools and open to training — we’ll guide you, but you need to want it.

A property agent certification is a bonus, but if you’re just getting started, we’ve got your back.
