Role Description

This is a contract role for an Executive Housekeeper at Swiss-Belhotel Silae Palu. This is an on-site role and is located in Palu. The Executive Housekeeper will be responsible for overseeing all housekeeping operations, ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of guest rooms and public areas, managing laundry services, training and supervising housekeeping staff, and maintaining inventory and supplies. The role also involves ensuring excellent customer service and effective communication with guests and team members.
