Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Executive Housekeeper to join our team in Bandung, Indonesia. As a key management team member, you will oversee all aspects of the housekeeping department, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, comfort, and guest satisfaction throughout our property.

  1. Lead and manage the housekeeping team, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
  2. Develop and implement efficient housekeeping procedures and quality control measures.
  3. Ensure guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces meet or exceed cleanliness standards.
  4. Manage inventory, supplies, and equipment, optimizing costs while maintaining quality.
  5. Collaborate with other departments to enhance the overall guest experience.
  6. Implement and maintain health and safety protocols in compliance with local regulations.
  7. Prepare and manage departmental budgets and forecasts.
  8. Handle guest complaints and special requests promptly and professionally.
  9. Oversee laundry operations and linen management.
  10. Conduct regular inspections to maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
  11. Implement environmentally friendly practices and sustainability initiatives.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or a related field.
  2. Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Executive Housekeeper or similar role within the hospitality industry.
  3. Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members.
  4. Strong organizational and time management skills.
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  6. Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
  7. Detail-oriented with a keen eye for cleanliness and presentation.
  8. In-depth knowledge of housekeeping operations, cleaning techniques, and products.
  9. Familiarity with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
  10. Experience in budget management and cost control.
  11. Proficiency in property management systems and Microsoft Office.
  12. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
  13. Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences.
  14. Strong problem-solving skills and decision-making under pressure.
  15. Knowledge of inventory management and procurement processes.
