Job Responsibilities:

1. Support Operations by assisting the team in planning, organizing and implementing administrative tasks.
2. Event Management including planning and executing coordination & collaboration with respective parties within the timeline given.
3. Ensure accurate and timely completion of monthly management accounts within the stipulated deadline.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's Degree in Marketing/ Business Management/ Event Management or its equivalent.
2. Able to work independently, multitask, and handle work pressure in a fast-paced working environment.
3. Working experience in Event Management or related industry will be an added advantage.
4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - English/ Bahasa Malaysia/ Mandarin. Ability to communicate in a foreign language will be an added advantage.
5. Possess a positive work attitude, willingness to learn, and a team player spirit.
