Reporting of the role
This role primarily reports to the Connection Planning Group Head.

In three months, you would have:
- Adapted and bonded with the internal team across the agency.
- Understood past work and plans within your category/brand.

- Gained initial client trust and comfort to drive their business.
In six months, you would have:
- Driven strategic integrated media plans, including conventional, digital, and performance-based campaigns.
- Developed expertise in Search and Content for client delivery.
- Shown significant growth potential within Mindshare.
- Worked with internal and external partners to create top-tier media strategies and tactical plans.
- Effectively integrated with clients, teams, vendors, and partners.
In 12 months, you would have:
- Gained confidence in driving strategic and tactical innovation across media platforms.
Responsibilities of the role:
In addition to planning, overseeing, and managing operational needs, you will serve as a media consultant, advising and guiding clients on their media strategies. Growing existing business is key, but you may also assist senior teams with new business initiatives and strategic projects to drive business growth and internal excellence.
What you will need:
- 1-2 years of experience in marketing, digital media, or client relations preferred.
- Undergraduate degree in communication, media, or business management; postgraduate or master's degree is a plus.
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, leadership, and team management skills. Creativity is a plus.
- Open-minded attitude towards change, learning, and problem-solving.
- Experience in digital media or marketing/brand management preferred.
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English (both written and spoken).
- Ability to understand and operate Nielsen tools, and to utilize relevant data effectively for clients.
- Independent work style.
- Leadership and teamwork abilities.
- Good discipline and time management skills.
- Ability to present ideas clearly and succinctly, using tools like PowerPoint and Excel.
