As an Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire kitchen operation, ensuring the preparation of high-quality meals while managing a team of chefs to consistently exceed guest expectations.

Requirements:

• Hold a diploma or degree in Culinary Arts or a related field; additional certifications in hospitality management are a plus.
• Demonstrate a minimum of 5-7 years of hands-on experience in a hotel kitchen, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Possess strong knowledge of food safety standards, international cuisines, and menu development.
• Have experience managing kitchen teams, including training, scheduling, and performance management.
• Exhibit a strong commitment to quality, creativity, and operational excellence in all aspects of kitchen management.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage daily kitchen operations, ensuring smooth workflow and timely service.
• Develop creative menus and ensure the consistent quality of dishes served.
• Manage kitchen staff, providing training, mentorship, and clear direction.
• Oversee inventory management, purchasing, and cost control to ensure efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards, maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment.
