Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant

Job Description:

  • Manage and coordinate daily schedules, meetings, and appointments.
  • Ensure all work equipment is ready (set up monitors, laptops, and other equipment; ensure internet is fast and stable).
  • Assist during work sessions with F&B and quick tech fixes if needed.
  • Handle travel preparations (packing, hotel/flight check-in, remote setup).
  • Arrange business travel (reservations, handle errands, prepare travel documents and itineraries).
  • Ensure smooth operations during business trips (check-in, meals, setup).
  • Act as liaison between the executive and internal/external parties.
  • Assist with personal tasks to maintain a professional appearance.
