Job description

About The Role

You will be responsible for:

  1. Supporting C-Level ad-hoc tasks, which will vary, e.g., conducting research, participating in focus group discussions, and formulating company strategy.
  2. Organizing and preparing for shareholder meetings, including gathering documents, attending to logistics, and coordinating appointments with C-Level executives.
  3. Assisting C-Level in following up on action items, including typing, compiling, and preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence.
  4. Maintaining various records and documents for C-Level.
  5. Booking and arranging travel, transport, and accommodation.
  6. Handling other ad-hoc projects.
Requirements
  • University degree and/or secretarial qualification preferred.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Effective communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Attention to detail and good problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, with prioritization skills, flexibility, and a sense of urgency.
  • Analytical, able to multi-task, and a team player.
  • Position based in Pekanbaru.
