Job Description
Business Performance
  1. Set periodic Food and Beverage budgets and forecasts.
  2. Analyze monthly P&L and month-end reports, identify deviations from business plan goals.
  3. Participate in management meetings to review progress towards business plan goals and develop the department's annual business plan.
Food and Beverage Operation
  1. Ensure proper care, security, and maintenance of Food and Beverage equipment through supervision of service personnel, including contractors.
  2. Assume responsibility for shift supervisory duties, especially for VIP and 'at cost' functions.
  3. Collaborate with the Food and Beverage team to create attractive food products, presentations, and improve food quality to support the hotel's image.
  4. Post all contracted function sheets and instruct team members to ensure successful functions.
  5. Develop and maintain policies and standards for Food and Beverage Operations.
  6. Implement safety and emergency procedures as needed.
