Job Description
Provide high-level administrative and secretarial support to the executive, including managing schedules, calendars, and travel arrangements.
Prepare, proofread, and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations with a high degree of accuracy and professionalism.
Coordinate internal and external meetings, including logistics, agendas, and minutes.
Serve as a liaison between the executive and internal/external stakeholders, maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.
Screen and prioritize emails, calls, and requests for the executive's attention.
Maintain an organized filing system (physical and digital) for confidential and corporate documents.
Assist with special projects, research, and preparation of briefing materials.
Manage expense reports, reimbursements, and other administrative tasks as required.
The Successful Applicant
Proven experience (typically 5+ years) as an Executive Secretary, Executive Assistant, or similar role supporting senior-level management.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
Strong organizational and time management abilities, with keen attention to detail.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); familiarity with collaboration tools (e.g., Teams, Zoom) is a plus.
Ability to handle sensitive information with the highest level of discretion and integrity.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field preferred.
