How You’ll Make An Impact

  • Own calendars, inboxes, meetings, and travel across multiple time zones.
  • Coordinate projects in ClickUp, Asana, or Trello — keeping deadlines on track and teams aligned.
  • Manage product, order, and inventory tasks in Shopify and marketplaces like Amazon or Etsy.
  • Assist with SEO, email marketing, and content scheduling using Canva, Buffer, or similar tools.
  • Keep documents, reports, and CRM records up-to-date while conducting research as needed.
  • Prioritize competing tasks with confidence and communicate clearly across departments.

What You’ll Bring To The Role

  • 2+ years as an EA, VA, or admin in a remote or eCommerce setting.
  • Fluency in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office.
  • Working knowledge of Shopify, project management tools, and basic SEO.
  • Exceptional organization, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • A self-starter mindset with the ability to pivot quickly when priorities change.
