Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a proactive sales strategy specific to the APAC market for event services for both B2B and B2C
  • Identify potential clients and build relationships to generate new event sales opportunities.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales process, focusing on closing deals and achieving individual sales targets.
  • Collaborate with the events team to ensure seamless execution of all contracted events.
  • Engage in marketplace analysis to identify trends and potential client needs.
  • Create and deliver customized sales presentations to prospective clients.
  • Track and report on sales performance, adjusting strategies as needed to meet objectives.
  • Deliver exceptional service throughout the sales cycle to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a similar discipline.
  • Demonstrated track record in sales, particularly in the events or hospitality sectors.
  • Strong persuasive negotiation skills with a proven ability to close sales.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building capabilities.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking software.
  • Ability to operate independently, manage time efficiently, and meet deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and a robust organizational approach to managing multiple accounts.
  • A self-starter mentality, highly motivated by commission-driven opportunities.
    • Willingness to actively network to unearth new business prospects.
    • Commitment to achieving monthly sales targets (minimum 85% attainment is expected).
    • Ensure that all promotional materials and offerings are accurate and up-to-date.
      • Professional demeanor complemented by strong sales presentation abilities.
      • Comprehensive planning skills and adaptability to a fast-paced sales environment.
