Overview
Job Purpose
Responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing strategic events and campaigns end-to-end to enhance brand awareness, engagement, and business impact through structured project management and effective cross-functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
Planning & Strategy
- Develop event and campaign concepts aligned with overall business goals and brand positioning.
- Create comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, KPIs, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Conduct research on event and campaign trends to ensure innovative and impactful strategies.
Project Management
- Manage all phases of the project — from briefing, planning, and vendor coordination to post-event evaluation.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to quality standards.
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams (marketing, creative, sales, corporate communications) and external partners (agencies, vendors, sponsors).
Execution & Implementation
- Oversee end-to-end execution of events and campaigns, ensuring an excellent participant experience for offline, online, or hybrid formats.
- Supervise the production of communication materials, promotional content, and media exposure.
- Handle logistics, technical coordination, and communication during event implementation.
Evaluation & Reporting
- Measure and analyze the effectiveness of events and campaigns (ROI, brand impact, engagement metrics).
- Prepare post-event reports and provide recommendations for continuous improvement and future strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Management, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 31-3 years of experience in Event Management, Project Management, or Strategic Campaigns.
- Strong skills in strategic thinking, planning, and execution.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects and manage multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent budgeting, time management, and resource management skills.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Proficient in project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, Monday.com) and Microsoft Office / Google Workspace.
- Creative, proactive, detail-oriented, and highly capable of multitasking.
- Preferred experience managing national or regional campaigns and working with brand partners or media.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with campaign performance analytics and reporting tools.
- Experience organizing hybrid events (offline & online).
- Strong storytelling and brand activation skills.
