A leading technology company is seeking an EVENT SALES MANAGER to oversee the planning and execution of impactful B2B events across the APAC region. KEY DETAILS OF THE ROLE
We are looking for a dynamic and driven EVENT SALES MANAGER to lead the planning, coordination, and execution of B2B events that generate brand visibility and sales opportunities across the APAC region. This role bridges sales and marketing — you’ll own both the strategy and execution of high-impact events, working closely with external agencies and internal teams.

RESPONSIBILITIES
· Plan and manage regional events (conferences, partner summits, roadshows, workshops) from concept to execution
· Work with agencies, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless event delivery
· Develop and execute event-driven sales campaigns to generate leads and build pipeline
· Identify new business opportunities through event engagement, partnerships, and follow-ups.
· Track ROI on event investments and report outcomes to leadership
· Collaborate with sales and product teams to align messaging and audience targeting
· Maintain a calendar of events and ensure timely execution across multiple countries
· Build a pipeline of events from new leads, past clients, corporate clients, associations, event planners, and referral business
· Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets
· Identify and approach potential clients through networking, cold calls, and referrals
· Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing
· Build long-term relationships with clients, partners, and vendors
· Collaborate with the operations and creative teams to deliver high-quality, memorable events
· Keep abreast of market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments
REQUIREMENTS
· Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B event management, preferably in tech or enterprise solutions
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
· Proactive, target-driven, and customer-focused mindset
· Strong background in sales or business development with a proven ability to convert leads into opportunities
· Excellent project management, communication, and vendor management skills
· Ability to travel within the APAC region as required
· Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth, multicultural environment
· Fluent in BAHASA INDONESIAandENGLISH
