In line with our aggressive expansion, we are seeking a dynamic Event Organizer & Talent Liaison to deliver high-impact events, maintain strong partnerships with talent, and create unforgettable entertainment experiences for our guests.

Position Summary:
The Event Organizer & Talent Liaison will be responsible for designing, planning, and executing events that align with Urbanica’s brand image, while also managing talent relationships to ensure exceptional performances and guest satisfaction. This role requires a mix of creative vision, operational discipline, and strong networking skills in the nightlife and entertainment industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, organize, and execute in-house events, themed nights, and promotional activities for nightclub, spa, and KTV venues.

Source, negotiate, and manage relationships with DJs, live performers, dancers, MCs, and other entertainment talents.

Coordinate event logistics including scheduling, venue preparation, technical requirements, and performance arrangements.

Collaborate with marketing to design promotional materials and campaigns for events.

Ensure event operations meet safety, legal, and brand compliance standards.

Develop event calendars to maximize guest engagement and drive repeat visits.

Monitor event budgets, negotiate contracts, and ensure cost-effective execution without compromising quality.

Act as primary liaison between management and talent to maintain positive, professional relationships.

Gather feedback from guests, performers, and staff to improve future events.

Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor events, and emerging entertainment concepts.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, Communication, or related fields.

Minimum 3 years of experience in event planning, talent coordination, or entertainment promotions.

Proven ability to manage multiple events/projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.

Strong talent-sourcing network in nightlife, spa, and entertainment industries.

Excellent organizational, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Familiarity with sound, lighting, and stage setup requirements.

Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

High integrity, creativity, and a proactive problem-solving approach.

Preferred:

Experience in premium nightclub, bar, or hospitality event management.

Established connections with local and international performance talents.

Knowledge of digital marketing and social media event promotion strategies.

Multilingual skills, especially English and Bahasa Indonesia.
