What You’ll Do

Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of events.

Manage timelines, budgets, and resources across multiple projects simultaneously.

Coordinate internal teams and external vendors.

Supervise event setup, dismantle, and live operations to ensure flawless execution.

Identify potential risks and troubleshoot problems on the spot.

Maintain high production standards that reflect Mahavisual’s reputation for excellence.

What We’re Looking For

Minimum 5 years of experience managing brand events, exhibitions, or activations (agency or EO background preferred).

Proven track record of handling complex projects with tight deadlines.

Excellent communication and client management skills.

Strong leadership and coordination ability. Calm under pressure, detail-oriented, and solutions-driven.

Understanding of event production workflow (fabrication, permits, logistics,etc.)
