Job summary

PT Electronic City Indonesia, Tbk. is seeking an experienced Event Manager to plan, develop, and execute end-to-end events in Jakarta.

You will translate business objectives into concepts, timelines, and detailed execution plans, and coordinate internal teams, vendors, and partners. You will manage budgets, negotiate with suppliers, and ensure on-site execution meets quality standards, while identifying risks and delivering post-event evaluations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in event management, preferably with an EO, agency, retail, or corporate environment.
• Proven end-to-end event management experience from planning to on-site execution and evaluation.
• Strong project management, coordination, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Able to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and hands-on in event execution.
• Willing to work 5 days with 2 days off and fully work from office (WFO) in SCBD, South Jakarta.
