An exciting opportunity for an On-site Event Execution Manager with extensive experience in managing large-scale events. This role entails overseeing the entire event lifecycle, from planning and execution to post-event analysis, ensuring client satisfaction and seamless operations. Independently manage and execute a wide range of large-scale on-site events including, but not limited to, opening ceremonies, press conferences, corporate annual meetings, and commercial performances.
Work closely with clients to understand their needs and translate them into a meticulously planned and flawlessly executed event.
Oversee all aspects of the event lifecycle, from initial planning and budgeting to on-site execution, vendor management, and post-event analysis.
Develop detailed event timelines, production schedules, and logistical plans.
Identify and mitigate potential risks to ensure smooth event operations and client satisfaction.
Manage and coordinate with a network of established event material suppliers, production partners, and stage construction teams. Ensure efficient material production and high-quality setup.
Conduct site visits, technical rehearsals, and on-site supervision.
Maintain clear communication with all stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and internal teams.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management and execution of large-scale on-site events (e.g., opening ceremonies, press conferences, corporate annual meetings, commercial performances).
Demonstrated ability to independently execute complete event projects based on client requirements.
In-depth knowledge of all event processes and details, including logistics, technical requirements, and risk control.
Proven experience in managing and coordinating mature networks of event material suppliers and partners for material production and stage construction, ensuring efficiency and quality.
Flexibility to work occasional overtime on weekdays and weekends (with the option for time off in lieu or overtime pay).
Ability to travel for business for more than one week as needed.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and a calm demeanor under pressure.
Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
