Job summary

PT CONTEMPORARY AMPEREX TECHNOLOGY INDONESIA BATTERY is seeking a test engineer to conduct tests on material battery cells and modules per procedures, monitor the test process, manage quality control, and report results. You will assist in fixture assembly, bench setup, and routine equipment maintenance, and participate in customer audits.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in chemistry or engineering and at least two years in the automotive sector, with knowledge of EV battery

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or above in Chemistry, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or related fields.
Minimum 2 years of experience in an automotive company.
Knowledge of EV Battery technology.

Responsibilities

Conduct tests on material battery cells and modules according to test procedures.
Monitor the test process, quality control, and reporting.
Test bench setup, fixture assembly and disassembly, tooling preparation.
Equipment maintenance.
Analyse test requirements for continuous development of test technologies and data analysis methods.
Support and training of laboratory technicians in implementation and processing of project tasks.
Handle exceptions and test errors, data processing, and preparation of test reports.
Communicate with clients on the test project.
Assist in preparation and implementation of customer audits and laboratory management certification such as ISO 17025
