Job Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Scrum Master, Delivery Manager, Development Manager, Business Analyst, System Analyst, Developers, and users to produce software design.
• Provide data design documentation, including but not limited to Functional Specification Document (FSD), Technical Specification Document (TSD), Epic, User Story, Data Dictionary, and Data Mapping Document.
• Process, design, and present data to assist decision-making for people, businesses, and organizations.
• Provide testing data and documentation.
• Ensure data quality and accuracy.
• Analyze and interpret complex data across target systems, resolve data issues, and coordinate with data analysts to validate requirements, including user and developer interviews.
• Perform testing and validation of data flows, prepare ETL processes according to business requirements, and incorporate these requirements into design specifications.
• Develop data warehouse models and prepare reports for metadata integration, draft ETL scripts, and generate reports for end-users.
• Collaborate with developers and business users to gather data requirements, execute ETL programs, and implement data warehouse activities.
• Develop and test ETL codes, analyze data, and design data mapping techniques for systems.
• Document testing procedures, coordinate with analysts and users to resolve requirement issues, and maintain quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from a reputable university in Computer Science, Information Technology, Science & Technology, Business Studies, Management, or equivalent.
• At least 2-5 years of experience as a Data Analyst or Data Engineer in the banking industry.
• Familiarity with banking products such as CASA, Loans, Deposit Accounts, Credit Cards, Bancassurance.
• Preferably 2+ years of experience with ETL tools like Talend, Microsoft SSIS, or IBM DataStage.
• Good understanding of programming concepts, especially Python.
• Knowledge of ETL concepts, automation scheduling, and data pipelines.
• Experience with Cloudera Hadoop Big Data, Apache Airflow, Apache Spark, Microsoft SQL Server, Apache Druid, Kafka, and Apache Superset for at least 2 years.
• Experience in agile project delivery.
• Understanding of data mapping/journey and impact analysis related to data changes.
• Strong understanding of data modeling and big data stacks.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proactive problem-solving attitude.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa.
