Job Description

• Serve as a trusted advisor at all levels regarding Kraft Heinz’s Code of Conduct, policies, and relevant legal aspects in collaboration with the Legal team. Act as an ethics & compliance subject matter expert, providing practical and timely guidance.
• Lead and conduct internal investigations into violations of the Code of Conduct and policies.
• Partner with the Legal and Global Compliance Teams to enhance compliance awareness through effective training and communication strategies.
• Support and track online training and certification programs; develop awareness strategies, newsletters, posters, presentation decks, and executive communications.
• Lead and manage the third-party due diligence process, including stakeholder training and advisory.
• Review and resolve employee disclosures of conflicts of interest.
• Manage Compliance Committee activities in collaboration with leadership.
• Identify and evaluate compliance risks within Business Units and support global and regional E&C program implementation.
• Collaborate with legal and E&C teams worldwide to address business and compliance risks effectively.

Qualifications:

• Advanced degree in law, finance, accounting, audit, or internal controls is a plus.
• 8+ years’ experience in risk management and compliance programming, preferably in a multinational environment.
• Knowledge of anti-bribery, corruption, competition, sanctions, and anti-money laundering laws.
• Experience in investigations, due diligence, policies, training, risk assessments, and testing.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to simplify complex data.
• Effective collaboration and influence skills with stakeholders.
