Job description

Job Description:
  • Manage all Vendors (Estate Management) for the activities that have not been handed over to customer association such as:
  • Security
  • Cleanliness and maintenance of the estate
  • Service charge collection and other Estate matters
  • Monitor the building modifications (design, permit, construction control) after the delivery of the houses to the customers
  • Monitor the building design and construction (permit and construction control) when plots (piece of land without building) are sold
  • Representative of the project director or company BOD when meeting the customer association
  • Customer association process (from the formation of the customer association until the handover of the estate management)
  • Coordination with the Local Government (PJU permit & PJU hand over process, security, neighbors, document issuance, etc.)
  • Support Hand Over Process of Public Facilities (Fasos Fasum) to Local Government
  • Coordination with the Production / Project Team and others about the impact of construction work on the surrounding area and the houses already occupied
Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s Degree from any major, preferred from Town Planning / Urban Studies / Property Development / Real Estate Management (preferably landed house estate)
  • Minimum 6 years’ experience in estate management
  • Possess extensive knowledge in Residential Estate Management works e.g housing maintenance, infrastructure maintenance, garden/plants nurturing, health and safety environment, and estate area security
  • Possess good interpersonal skills, positive and enthusiastic personality with passion for service excellence
  • Possess good command in English
  • Strong Skill in Ms. Office (Excel, Word, Power Point)
