Job summary

FINNS Beach Club in Bali seeks an ESG Officer to oversee daily waste sorting and MRF operations, reporting to the ESG Manager. You will lead sustainability training, coordinate CSR initiatives, and ensure compliance across venues.

You will track environmental and social impact data, manage ESG permits, and collaborate with local authorities on community projects, while supporting audits and campaigns.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in waste/environmental management or CSR.
• Experience with MRF operations, waste separation, and recycling protocols.
• Strong understanding of Bali’s community structures (Banjar/Desa Adat) and environmental regulations.
• Bilingual English & Bahasa Indonesia with proactive leadership and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily waste sorting, composting and recycling to minimize landfill waste.
• Inspect sites, prevent contamination, and coordinate recycling partners.
• Provide hands-on waste sorting training to kitchen and venue teams.
• Lead local CSR initiatives and liaise with authorities on community projects.
• Track ESG data, manage permits, and support audits and campaigns.
• Organize licenses, agreements, permits, and ESG committee documents.
• Monitor regulations and trends to identify improvement opportunities.
