The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in ESG strategy and reporting and familiarity with global sustainability frameworks. Strong project management and communication skills are essential for this role, which focuses on enhancing ESG visibility within the organization.

Qualifications

  • Min 5 years of work experiences in ESG strategy & reporting.
  • Familiarity with international corporate sustainability frameworks and standards (ISSB, TCFD, GRI, etc).
  • Working knowledge on GHG accounting, climate risk assessment, and ESG assurance.

Job description

Member of the Lippo Indonesia ESG Function responsible for driving the implementation of the Group’s sustainability agenda. This includes producing sustainability reports, ESG data collection, internal and external stakeholder engagement, and supporting the development and implementation of ESG strategies across business units and holding companies.

Sustainability Reporting & Disclosures
  • Lead the development and publication of sustainability reports aligned with global standards
  • Coordinate with consultants and internal stakeholders for content creation and data gathering
  • Align reporting efforts with regulatory frameworks, especially ISSB transition
ESG Strategy and Initiatives
  • Formulate and execute ESG initiatives across business units (with a focus on financial services, retail and technology)
  • Support Group-wide tenders for decarbonization, water recycling, and waste management
Internal Governance and Reporting
  • Prepare materials for ESG Committee meetings and ensure governance processes are well-documented
  • Implement ESG data management system to improve functionality and adoption
  • Support ESG risk assessment and audit processes
Stakeholder Engagement & Communication
  • Manage ESG-related communications, including website content and corporate materials
  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance ESG visibility and awareness
  • Prepare submissions and improve ESG ratings by engaging with rating agencies and investors
Ad-Hoc Projects & Strategic Support
  • Provide support for ad-hoc special projects that support strategic and organizational needs, as assigned by Lippo Indonesia management.
  • Contribute to tasks handled by Corporate Development if necessary, including the preparation of Group corporate materials and visits by VIPs

Suitable candidates should be:

  • Min 5 years of work experiences in ESG strategy & reporting.
  • Familiarity with international corporate sustainability frameworks and standards (ISSB, TCFD, GRI, etc)
  • Working knowledge on GHG accounting, climate risk assessment, and ESG assurance
  • Ability to manage data collection, review, and validation processes with strong analytical thinking
  • Strong project management and stakeholder management abilities, especially with senior executives
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to prepare and deliver presentations in English
