ERP System Engineer

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for the daily operation, maintenance, and optimization of the ERP and Freezer Management system to ensure smooth functionality across the company.
• Communicate with business departments to understand business needs, and configure, customize, and optimize the ERP and Freezer Management system modules.
• Responsible for the integration and data synchronization of the ERP and Freezer Management system with other internal systems (such as WMS, supply chain system), ensuring accurate data flow between systems.
• Participate in ERP and Freezer Management system upgrades, expansions, and new module implementations, handling project planning, coordination, execution, and risk management.
• Provide technical support to end users, resolve issues encountered during usage, and deliver system operation training to relevant personnel.
• Design and develop customized reports based on ERP and Freezer Management system data to support management decision-making.
• Responsible for ERP and Freezer Management system user permission management to ensure system security and data confidentiality.
• Respond promptly and resolve various ERP and Freezer Management system issues to ensure business continuity.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Software Engineering, Management Information Systems, or related fields.
• At least 5 years of working experience in ERP system implementation or management, with experience in full cycle ERP Project implementation preferred.
• Well-versed in Java programming and framework, such as Spring Boot and Spring Cloud, with experience in unit testing and integration testing.
• Proficient in relational databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, and Oracle, as well as non-relational databases like MongoDB, MinIO, and Redis, with the ability to perform database operations and optimizations.
• Possesses system integration skills, capable of implementing interfacing using RESTful APIs and Web Services, and familiar with common messaging middleware (such as Kafka or RabbitMQ) to support asynchronous data processing and decoupled design.
• Experienced in system deployment and operations in server environments, proficient with Nginx/Apache, and familiar with automation and CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, and Shell scripting, as well as common monitoring tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, or the ELK Stack) and log analysis.
• Knowledgeable in preventing common web security vulnerabilities (such as SQL injection, XSS, CSRF, etc.), familiar with OWASP secure coding standards, and capable of implementing authentication and authorization mechanisms based on OAuth2.0 or JWT.
• Proficient in using AI development tools such as Claude, Gemini, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Tabnine, and MarsCode.
• Understand enterprise business processes and can translate business requirements into technical implementations.
• Good communication skills in Chinese or English.
• Strong project management skills, able to independently drive ERP project implementation and coordinate cross-department teams.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to quickly identify and resolve system issues.
• Good teamwork spirit, able to closely collaborate with business departments and technical teams to drive system optimization and improvement.
• Willing to be placed in Pantai Indah Kapuk.
