Qualifications

• Pengalaman minimal 2 tahun dalam PL/SQL dan sistem ERP.
• Kemampuan untuk mengelola implementasi ERP dan memberikan pelatihan pengguna.

Responsibilities

• Kustomisasi sistem ERP untuk memenuhi kebutuhan bisnis spesifik.
• Memberikan dukungan teknis dan pelatihan kepada pengguna akhir.
• Memimpin UAT dan validasi sebelum menerapkan fitur ERP baru.

Job description

About The Role:

The ERP Functional Specialist is responsible to ensure the Oracle ERP system is effectively implemented, maintained, and customized to support DOKU’s financial and operational requirements, while enabling users to work efficiently and comply with business processes and standards.

What Will You Do:

1. Customizing ERP systems to meet specific business needs
2. Working with cross-functional teams, including functional consultants, business analysts, and end-users
3. Working with stakeholders to understand their needs and requirements
4. Deploy ERP solutions and ensure seamless system integration
5. Serving as a point of contact for users with questions or issues (To support any technical needs between finance team and other stakeholders)
6. Offer ongoing technical support and troubleshooting
7. Focus on specific business processes and modules within the ERP system
8. Identifying areas for improvement and suggesting solutions
9. Develop and configure customized ERP solutions
10. Manage the ERP implementation & ensuring timely and successful deployment
11. Managing data entry and ensuring data accuracy
12. Developing and maintaining user documentation and procedures
13. Ensure users are able to use the system and adopt it to their business
14. Provide training to end-users on how to use the ERP system effectively
15. Lead UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and validation before deploying new ERP features.
16. Monitor ERP system performance, identify areas for improvement and suggesting possible solutions

Technical Skill Requirements:

1. Proficiency with ERP systems (Sales, Financial/Accounting, etc.), especially Oracle Report Fusion, Oracle Apex, and Workato.
2. Strong knowledge of PL/SQL programming with at least 2 years of experience.
3. Experience with database systems (SQL, XML, BI Publisher).
4. Experience with Open API Development (REST/SOAP API).
5. Knowledge of accounting processes or experience as an ERP consultant is highly preferred.
