The ERP & Financial Transformation Manager

Lead end-to-end ERP implementation (Oracle Fusion Cloud) and drive continuous digital transformation within DOKU.

About The Role

The ERP & Financial Transformation Manager ensures the Oracle ERP system is effectively implemented, maintained, and customized to support DOKU’s financial and operational requirements, and initiates Digital Transformation projects across the organization.

What will you do

• Lead end-to-end ERP implementation (Oracle Fusion Cloud)
• Work with cross-functional teams including functional consultants, business analysts, and end-users
• Engage internal and external stakeholders to understand their needs and requirements
• Supervise custom application development and system integration
• Define integration plan between all systems and ensure data synchronization
• Deploy ERP solutions and ensure seamless system integration
• Focus on specific business processes and modules within the ERP system
• Identify areas for improvement and suggest solutions
• Develop and configure customized ERP solutions
• Manage the ERP implementation and ensure timely and successful deployment
• Manage data entry and ensure data accuracy
• Develop and maintain user documentation and procedures
• Ensure users can use the system and adopt it to their business
• Provide training to end-users on how to use the ERP system effectively
• Lead UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and validate before deploying new ERP features
• Monitor ERP system performance, identify areas for improvement and suggest possible solutions

• Willing to work from Jakarta office

Technical Competency Requirements

• Proficiency with ERP systems (Sales, Financial/Accounting, etc.), especially Oracle Report Fusion, Oracle Apex, and Workato
• Strong knowledge of PL/SQL/API programming with at least 2 years of experience is a must
• Experience with database systems (SQL, XML, BI Publisher)
• Experience with Open API Development (REST/SOAP API)
• Knowledge of accounting processes or experience as an ERP consultant is highly preferred
