Job summary

Siloam Hospitals Group is seeking an enthusiastic Emergency Unit Nurse to deliver high-quality nursing care in a fast-paced environment in Indonesia. You will support doctors, prepare patients for procedures, monitor vital signs, and ensure patient comfort and safety throughout the care process.

Responsibilities include post-procedure care, patient and family education, and maintaining thorough nursing records, while adhering to hospital standards for quality and safety.

Qualifications

• Registered Nursing degree (Ns.)
• Active STR
• Min. 2 years hospital nursing experience (fresh graduates welcome)
• Emergency nursing experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing services in the Emergency Unit according to standard nursing practice.
• Prepare facilities to ensure patient and family comfort and safety, including room security and readiness of required equipment and medicines.
• Monitor patient health (vital signs, overall condition) during procedures and after
• Assist doctors and the patient during procedures, preparing the patient physically and psychologically
• Handle post-procedure administration: home care instructions, sick notes, referrals, prescriptions for home use
• Maintain a system for recording and reporting nursing care accurately
• Engage in quality and safety procedures and training to support hospital targets
