Job summary

Macquarie Group seeks an Equities and Derivatives Trading Operations Analyst - Settlements to monitor settlement of equities and fixed income transactions and to keep client static data and settlement instructions up to date across systems.

You will review control reports, perform due diligence to ensure instrument data integrity across internal apps and third-party feeds, and work with custodians to escalate and resolve trade issues.

Responsibilities

• Monitor settlement of equities and fixed income transactions for the EMEA region, update client static data, and ensure changes in client static information, settlement instructions, and instruments are updated promptly and accurately.
• Review control reports and perform due diligence to ensure instrument data integrity and consistency across internal applications and third party vendor feeds, and resolve issues where appropriate.
• Work closely with custodians and internal stakeholders, escalating and resolving any trade issues.
