Job Title: Equipment Maintenance Technician

Qualifications:

• Diploma III in Mechatronics, Mechanical, Electronics, or Electrical Engineering
• At least 1 year of working experience in maintenance field, or fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Good sense of responsibility, communication skills, and team work
• Fast learner with strong logical and analytical thinking, good at problem-solving
• Familiar with equipment structure and working principles; possess some maintenance management experience
• Able to work in shifts (if needed)
• Willing to be placed in Cikupa, Tangerang

Job Descriptions:

1. Ensure assembly line equipment runs normally, and enhance productivity and equipment conformity rate. Assess equipment failures and handle malfunctions of fixtures and equipment in assembly lines.
2. Participate in debugging and acceptance inspection of newly introduced equipment. Review and summarize equipment problems from trial to mass production.
3. Handle equipment repair and maintenance in cooperation with the production department. Develop monthly, quarterly, and annual preventive maintenance plans.
4. Continuously improve the equipment management system and maintenance rules and regulations. Build and establish modules for malfunction analysis, statistics, and maintenance.
